Ihrconsulting commenced its operations in March of this year. It was founded by several partners, all of them professionals who have gained experience and knowledge during their long time employment as executives in top global consulting firms and service companies. They include inter alia Mr. Antonius Lim, Mr. Aries Tantra, Mr. Gatot Harianto and Mr. Agustinus Dawarja. Ihrconsulting is a service outsourcing and consulting firm. Their services range from tax and financial advisory, to auditing, accounting, payroll services and business solutions as well as legal services:  “Direct involvement of our professionals will ascertain high quality services for our clients. We deliver our professional services with highest standard of business ethics, and commit to maintain confidentiality of our clients’ business.”From the start the main office of Ihrconsulting has been based in the German Centre Indonesia, staffed with three of the partners and a secretary. The affiliates’ offices and firms are located all over Jakarta. The target group of Ihrconsulting clearly is German companies. Service tailored to the German mentality is a niche which has not been served well in Indonesia yet, since the other Indonesian Law and Consulting Firms are strongly focused on American enterprises. The broad experience of the partners enables them to serve their target group eminently well. Mr. Antonius and Mr. Gatot have worked for years at Roedl & Partner, a German-based law firm. Furthermore Mr. Antonius had pursued his studies at the university of applied sciences in Frankfurt/M, Germany. He knows and understands the German mindset and working style, hence Ihrconsulting’s service is shaped to meet the German mentality to make the cooperation as smooth as possible. The main reason for settling into the German Centre Indonesia indisputably is the proximity to this target group. Furthermore, Mr. Antonius explains, during his long employment at Roedl & Partner, which is also located in the German Centre Indonesia, he came to appreciate this environment, the building and the people here.
