The neighborhood of the German Centre Indonesia: Central Business District PDF Print E-mail

BSD’s Central Business District (CBD) is designated to provide a location for companies seeking an alternative to Jakarta’s hectic and crowded Golden Triangle. In 1997 the German Centre Indonesia was the first to establish itself in the Central Business District.

Since 2001 the further development of the district has been strongly fostered. When completed, CBD with its 62ha will cover about 10% of BSD City’s total area.

CBD is the neighborhood of the German Centre. Other parties in CBD include:

- EKA Hospital:

In 2008 Eka Hospital opened. The hospital has high standards with regard to quality service and modern facilities. It is equipped with advanced technologies such as MRI, MSCT-Scan, 4-D Ultrasonography, etc and its architecture and design do not only provide a comfortable environment for patients but also minimize the possibility of nosocomial infection. The hospital has over 40 out-patient specialist clinics, 24 hours emergency services and bed capacity for over 180 in-patients.

As accessibility is very important, the international standard hospital selected the location in CBD, next to the German Centre. Therefore it is close to the artery roads of BSD City and central to both phase one and phase two of the BSD real estate development plan.
