On 2nd October 2009 DB Schenker and the German Centre Indonesia hosted their already traditionally friendly tournament on the occasion of the German National Day at Rancamaya Golf & Country Club.

In June’s Business Luncheon at German Centre we were happy to welcome Mr. Karsten Fuelster of the International Finance corporation (IFC) as guest speaker. He spoke about “Indonesia’s political and economic outlook in times of global crisis”. Mr. Harald Blum and Dr. Karl Epple, who are visiting to Indonesia for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the German Centre Indonesia, also joined the event.

In April’s Business Luncheon we were happy to welcome the Rotary Club Lippo Karawaci as guest speakers. Just in February the club had moved the venue of their weekly meetings to the MetroSkygarden Restauran which is located on German Centre’s 7^th floor and this Luncheon was the perfect opportunity to get acquainte with more German Centre tenants and friends.

On 10th March 2009 the German Centre Indonesia, which was founded by the German L-Bank, celebrated its 10th birthday. Ernst Pfister, Minister of Economic Affairs of the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg (Germany), was the guest of honour to the event. He arrived with 22 economic and political delegates from Germany and L-Bank Chairman Christian Brand.

On October 10th 2008 happened the annual Reunification Cup that is hosted by the German Centre Indonesia and Schenker. As in the year before the Tournament was organized on the Golf Course of Racamaya near Bogor. Here you find all the official pictures that were taken during the event.
