Business Breakfast by “Machwuerth Team International”

On the 10^th of December “Machwuerth Team International” held its first International Business Breakfast in Indonesia. The regional head office in Singapore regularly holds breakfast events to develop and intensify relations with the local business community in Singapore, so too do they hold these events in Jakarta. With a breakfast buffet provided by “Metro Sky Garden”, the lecture by International MTI Consultant Karl Tan on the topic “Innovation is the ability to see change as an opportunity - not a threat” took place in the German Centre Indonesia’s Jakarta Room on the 7^th floor.

The lecture presentation attracted an international audience of more than 20 business people and entrepreneurs from various industries, and all were very engaged in active discussions and the exchange of their experiences. Presenter Karl Tan, who has an extensive experience in working within the educational, engineering and human resource sectors, shared an inspiring insight concerning the topic how to see change as positive and see opportunities where there is change, rather than resist change. Additionally he emphasized the main facets of innovation as well on the key requirement of fostering a culture of innovation and establishing an organization which initiates and leads new developments, anticipates future situations and assists to bring them to fruition.
